Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Krithiga Home Decors, every product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

You may request an order cancellation under the following conditions:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order — Full refund will be processed, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• After 24 hours but before dispatch — Cancellation may be accepted at our discretion. A processing fee may be deducted.
• After the order has been dispatched — Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return Policy below.

Cancellation by Krithiga Home Decors

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent or invalid transactions
• Unable to deliver to the provided address

In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be initiated promptly.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or broken during transit
• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photographs of the damaged/wrong item
• A brief description of the issue

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Minor colour variations due to handmade nature of the product
• Damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery
• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, here is how it works:

Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase — credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet — via Razorpay. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment modes.

Please note that the exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 7–10 business days in some cases.

5. Payment Failure / Double Charge

If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed (payment failure), the amount will be automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you believe you have been double-charged, please contact us immediately at krithigadecors@gmail.com with your transaction details.
